Cover the vacuum plate for protecting harmful material. |

Check all cylinders. |

Check all solenoid valves. |
||
|
Check all sensors. |
||
|
Check all pipe lines. |
||
|
Check all defect on lines. |
||
|
Check all defect on air lines. |
||
|
Check all fixations of each part. |
||
|
Monthly |
Grease status must be checked in every 3 month term. Grease product should be for “MULTI PURPOSE”. And every movable rail or steel rod and shaft for machine moving, must be checked. |
